Full-Time Positions:
Teller
Responsible for handling transactions for members at the teller window, including withdrawals, deposits and loan payments. Must have 1+ years current experience as a teller. Bank or credit union experience, computer literate, typing ability and 10 key experience required. Must have strong mathematical, organizational and verbal communication skills. Must be available for Saturday hours. Hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Ackerman Branch Representative
Provides counsel on the various credit union services and investment vehicles available to members. Opens new accounts and assists members with problem solving at UCLA's Ackerman Union. Must have 2+ years current experience in customer service, credit union or banking (credit union experience preferred). Must be computer proficient. Knowledge of MS Word and Internet required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, excellent public relations skills, strong problem solving skills, and a high degree of professionalism. Hours: Must be flexible with schedule. Current hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (possible Saturday hours). Hours will very during UCLA Spring Summer and Winter breaks.
Loan Specialist II
Provides members with loan service. Will set-up appointments and disburse loans for members. Will act as resource for general loan information, loan products, loan policies and procedures High volume, detail-oriented worker with good communication and organizational skills. Requires strong member services skills, and cross-selling abilities. Must be PC proficient with good typing skills and 10 key skills. Hours: 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
