Interest-Only Home Equity Line of Credit

Loans up to 75% CLTV
Credit lines up to $150,000
Low 6 month introductory rate of 3.90% APR*; currently at 5.00% APR
Low "interest only" payments

Access to your funds (draw period) for 10 years -- use convenience checks, Home Branch or come to our branch

Standard Home Equity Line of Credit
